• CV / Resume (PDF)
• Valid qualifying exam scorecard - JEST, UGC-CSIR NET, GATE, or TIFR-GS (PDF)
• Research proposal (Ph.D. applicants only) - to be pasted directly into the form. Int. Ph.D. applicants are also encouraged to submit one.
• Names and institutional email addresses of two referees (strongly recommended)
Once submitted, your referees will be contacted separately with a link to upload their
letters. Please inform them in advance to expect this communication.
